How does Claimlane work?
Procedure
New service request
To submit a service request, you can log in to our platform Claimlane. Here you can create a service ticket.
To guarantee efficient processing, it is not possible to submit a request via email.
Request an account
If you do not yet have an account, you can request one from our service department via service@disnet.nl.
Ticket types
Warranty
You can only create a ticket for service requests for products that are still within your customer's warranty period. The purchase date is the start of the warranty period.
Missing part
In addition to a warranty request, it is possible to create a ticket for missing parts of a product.
Repairs
For repairs outside the warranty period, you can create a ticket. In addition to the correct information about the repair, also specify the maximum repair amount, excluding the inspection costs of EUR 35. This speeds up processing.
When an item is sent for repair, you will receive a price quote along with return instructions for proper handling.

Ticket contents
To ensure that we can process your service request as quickly as possible, we ask you to fill in the service ticket as completely as possible. Please take the following information into account:
Visual material
Photos and/or videos clearly showing the problem. If the problem is not clearly visible, we will ask you for additional photos and/or videos.
Description
The problem must be described clearly and completely.
Proof of purchase
In case of warranty, a copy of the proof of purchase with the purchase date must always be uploaded.
Serial number
For certain brands, a serial number must be provided. This is mandatory for: Allocacoc, Blackrapid, Feelworld, Giottos, Hohem, Moza, Meike, PGYtech, Viltrox, Weeylite.
