SmallRig 3838 Side Handle with Wireless Control for Cellphone, wordt geleverd met een ingebouwde oplaadbare draadloze afstandsbedieningsmodule, ondersteunt om de camera van de meeste Android en Apple smartphones te bedienen om de opname te starten of te stoppen, waardoor de efficiëntie en ervaring van het fotograferen wordt verbeterd. Voorzien van een koude schoenbevestiging aan de bovenkant van het handvat voor het bevestigen van een microfoon of LED-lamp voor meer professionele opnamen. Het handvat kan aan de linker- of rechterhand worden gebruikt door de handvatconnector aan te passen en kan ook omhoog en omlaag worden bewogen naargelang het zwaartepunt en de positie van accessoires voor een betere gripervaring. Het oppervlak van het handvat is gemaakt van een aluminiumlegering met gradiëntanodisering, waardoor het duurzaam is en visueel indrukwekkend. Aan de onderkant is een gat gemaakt voor het bevestigen van een handriem om te voorkomen dat de camera per ongeluk valt tijdens het fotograferen.
