De Nitecore NU50 hoofdlamp bevat een innovatief ontwerp met een ingebouwde 21700 Li-ion batterij die licht van gewicht is en een hoge capaciteit heeft. Dit zorgt voor de perfecte balans tussen licht gewicht, een lange levensduur en een uitstekende output. Met een maximale output van 1.400 lumen is de NU50 ideaal voor het navigeren en zoeken in het donker. De unieke optische lens zorgt voor een lichttransmissie van meer dan 94% en is ontworpen om uniform en zacht licht te reflecteren. Daarnaast zorgt de TrueVision+ technologie voor het observeren van de weg en het vinden van bewegwijzering.
Met een totaal gewicht van 146g is de NU50 ontworpen met een gecombineerde structuur. Het voorste gedeelte is gemaakt van een gestempelde aluminiumlegering en het achterste gedeelte van speciaal PC-kunststof. Dit zorgt voor een perfecte combinatie van hoge sterkte, comfort en lichtgewicht. De ingebouwde 4.000mAh 21700 Li-ion batterij zorgt voor een maximale gebruiksduur van 11 uur bij 600 lumen op het hoogste niveau en garandeert stabiele output gedurende de hele nacht. De NU50 is USB-C oplaadbaar met een omkeerbare plug-in voor direct opladen en kan gebruikt worden terwijl het oplaadt. Bovendien duurt het slechts 2,5 uur om de NU50 volledig op te laden.
De hoofdband die wordt meegeleverd is huidvriendelijk en voorzien van een verborgen siliconen strip. Dit voorkomt dat zweet langs het gezicht loopt en dat de hoofdband verschuift. De hoofdband is in het midden zwaartepunt, wat de druk op het voorhoofd van de onderste rand van de hoofdband vermindert, zelfs tijdens intensieve oefeningen. De hoofdband is 72° rondom verstelbaar en kan met één hand worden bediend.
