De HC65 UHE is aangepast door gebruik te maken van een NVG-bevestiging om een snellere en stabielere bevestiging op tactische NVG-helmen mogelijk te maken, zodat de lamp ook compatibel is met andere NVG-helmen,

The Nitecore HC65M UHE is a tactical version designed specifically for tactical helmets. The ‘M’ indicates that the lamp is equipped with an NVG mount. The HC65 UHE has been modified by using an NVG mount to allow faster and more stable attachment to tactical NVG helmets, making the lamp compatible with other NVG helmets as well,
