Het Meike MK-105mm T2.1 FF Prime Canon RF-mount objectief heeft een beeldcirkel van 45 millimeter voor fullframe sensordekking. Deze vast brandpunt lens heeft een maximaal diafragma van T2.1, standaard 0.8 MOD scherpstel- en diafragma-tandringen. Het diafragma heeft 11 lamellen voor een zeer fraai bokeh.

De schaalmarkeringen zijn aangebracht in feet en meters. De focusring heeft een rotatie van 330 graden wat een nauwkeurige handmatige scherpstelling mogelijk maakt. Met een brandpuntsafstand van 105mm heeft deze cinemalens een horizontale beeldhoek van 19.7 graden en een minimale scherpstelafstand van 100 centimeter.
