De VDS-M3 is een shotgunmicrofoon voor indie-filmproducties, commerciële producties, broadcast en andere opnames waar je hoge kwaliteit nodig hebt. Geluidsopname
Dankzij de frontcapsule en een professionele XLR-aansluiting neemt de M3 helder geluid op, met behoud van de tonale kwaliteiten van je onderwerp. Het supercardioïde opnamepatroon vangt een onderwerp op afstand nauwkeurig op vanaf de voorkant van de microfoon, terwijl omgevingsgeluid zoveel mogelijk buiten beeld blijft.
Batterij
Volledig opgeladen werkt de M3 tot 220 uur op de ingebouwde batterij, zodat je tijdens een opname op locatie niet zonder stroom komt te zitten. Instellingen
De M3 onthoudt je instellingen, ook nadat je hem uit- en weer aanzet. Met het -10dB dempingsfilter verminder je de amplitude bij luide geluidsbronnen. Het hoogdoorlaatfilter dempt laagfrequent rommelgeluid van bijvoorbeeld airconditioning of verkeer. De high frequency boost herstelt een deel van de hoge frequenties die verloren gaan wanneer je een blimp of harig windscherm gebruikt.

Sound capture

Battery
Fully charged, the M3 runs for up to 220 hours on its built-in battery, so you won't run out of power mid-recording on location. You charge the microphone via the USB-C port with a standard USB charger. On battery power, you mount it easily on a boom pole or a handheld grip. When the M3 detects input current, it switches automatically to phantom power; without it, it runs on its own battery.
