De SmallRig 4196 Extended Vertical Arm for DJI RS 3 Mini is speciaal ontworpen om diverse andere camera's te ondersteunen, zoals de Sony FX3 met een 24-70mm lens, de Canon R5 met een 24-70mm lens, de FUJIFILM X-T5 met een 16-55mm lens en de LUMIX GH6 met een 12-60mm lens. De verlengde arm is 15mm langer dan de originele arm, waardoor het zwaartepunt van de camera verlaagd wordt zonder dat dit ten koste gaat van de bewegingsvrijheid van de camera. Bovendien zorgt de duidelijke nivelleringschaal ervoor dat de camera snel en eenvoudig gebalanceerd kan worden, en dat er moeiteloos gewisseld kan worden tussen horizontale en verticale opnames.
