SmallRig 15mm Dovetail Baseplate , die ARRI zwaluwstaartplaat compatibel is, heeft een uitgeholde structuur om slechts meer dan 300g te wegen en kan toch tot 20kg dragen. Een 1/4"-20 schroef en een 3/8"-16 schroef, door de bovenste sleuven, vergrendelen de camera om verdraaien te voorkomen; en een sleutel is ingebouwd in de zijkant voor montage en demontage zonder het gebruik van de basisplaat te beïnvloeden. De grondplaat is voorzien van een 1/4"-20 schroefdraadgat en een 3/8"-16 schroefdraadgat aan de onderkant dat andere snelkoppelingsplaten ondersteunt dan die van ARRI. Met een laag zwaartepunt meet hij slechts 38mm in de hoogte, zodat de camera slechts 28mm van de zwaluwstaartplaat verwijderd is, wat de hoogte van de camera verlaagt terwijl er genoeg ruimte overblijft voor dubbele stangen.

Opmerking:
1. Voor een camera met een lager zwaartepunt van de optische as wordt een cage of een hoogteverhogingsplaat aanbevolen bij gebruik van dit product en dubbele 15mm stangen.
2. 2. Het midden van de stangen is 15 mm verwijderd van de bovenkant van de zwaluwstaartplaat, en 13 mm van de bovenkant van de grondplaat.

SmallRig 4002 15mm Dovetail Baseplate 
SmallRig 15mm Dovetail Baseplate , which is ARRI dovetail plate compatible, has a hollowed-out structure to weigh only over 300g yet it can bear as much as 20kg. One 1/4"-20 screw and one 3/8"-16 screw, through the top though slots, lock the camera to prevent twist; and a wrench is built into the side for assembly and disassembly without affecting the use of the baseplate. The baseplate features a 1/4"-20 threaded hole and a 3/8"-16 threaded hole at the bottom that supports other quick-release plates besides ARRI ones. With a low center of gravity, it measures only 38mm in height, so the camera is only 28mm away from the dovetail plate, lowering the height of the camera while leaving enough room for dual rods.

Note:
1. For a camera with a lower center of the optical axis, a cage or a height riser plate is recommended while using this product and dual 15mm rods.
2. The center of rods is 15mm away from the top of the dovetail plate, and 13mm away from the top of the baseplate.
