Met de Caruba T-Mount adapter Canon EOS zet je een Canon EOS-camera met EF- of EF-S-vatting op een telescoop of microscoop met T2-aansluiting. Fotograferen door een telescoop heet ook wel digiscopen. In de adapter zit geen glas, hij zet alleen de twee aansluitingen op elkaar over.

Aansluiting
Aan de ene kant zit de T2-schroefdraad van je telescoop of microscoop, aan de andere kant de EF-bajonet van je camera. Je draait de adapter op de T2-zijde vast en klikt de camera er daarna op zoals je een objectief bevestigt.
Gebruik
Er loopt geen elektronische verbinding door de adapter. Je stelt handmatig scherp en regelt de belichting met de sluitertijd en de ISO-waarde, want het diafragma bepaalt de telescoop.
Let op
Deze uitvoering is voor de EF- en EF-S-vatting van de Canon EOS-spiegelreflexen. Heb je een EOS M-camera, dan heb je de EF-M-uitvoering nodig; die vatting is niet dezelfde.

Anschluss

Caruba T-Mount adapter Canon EOS
With the Caruba T-Mount adapter Canon EOS you mount a Canon EOS camera with an EF or EF-S mount onto a telescope or microscope with a T2 connection. Shooting through a telescope is also called digiscoping. There is no glass inside the adapter, it simply joins the two connections.

Connection
One side carries the T2 thread of your telescope or microscope, the other the EF bayonet of your camera. You screw the adapter onto the T2 side and then click the camera on, the way you attach a lens.
Use
No electronic connection runs through the adapter. You focus manually and set exposure with shutter speed and ISO, because the telescope determines the aperture.
Please note
This version is for the EF and EF-S mount of the Canon EOS DSLRs. If you have an EOS M camera you need the EF-M version, because that mount is not the same.
