Deze kunststoffen Caruba Professionele Director Clapper white/Color (whiteboard stift) is een zeer handig hulpmiddel voor filmmakers en videografen. Met deze filmklapper is het synchroniseren van beeld en geluid een fluitje van een cent. Bovendien kun je de filmklapper gebruiken om bepaalde scènes en takes te markeren. Het scherpe "clap" geluid dat het clapper board maakt, is gemakkelijk te identificeren in het audiospoor en het sluiten van de clapstick kan gemakkelijk worden opgezocht in het videospoor. De twee sporen kunnen dan precies worden gesynchroniseerd door het afstemmen van het geluid op de beweging.
