De S18 Mini Flash levert 18Ws aan flitslicht met een richtgetal van 16 bij ISO 100. Dat is aanzienlijk meer licht dan een ingebouwde cameraflitser en helpt bij portretten binnen, familiemomenten en scènes in weinig licht. Direct licht of bounce
De flitskop kantelt van -3° tot 72°, waardoor zowel rechtstreeks invullen als bouncen tegen een muur of plafond mogelijk is. De beam angle bedraagt 60°. Voor multi-flash setups zijn er twee optische slave-modi (C1, C2) beschikbaar, zodat de S18 meegeflitst kan worden met andere lichtbronnen.
