De Meike Batterijgreep is een multifunctionele handgreep én batterijhouder die speciaal is ontworpen voor gebruik met de Sony Alpha A7 II, A7 R II en A7 S II systeemcamera. De grip is uitgerust met handige bedieningsknoppen, waaronder een ontspanknop voor opnames in portretstand, twee instelwielen, een AF/MF vergrendelingsschakelaar en C1, C2 en C3 knoppen voor persoonlijke instellingen. In de grip is plaats voor twee NP-FW50 accu's waardoor de gebruiksduur van uw camera aanzienlijk verlengd wordt.
